Samuel Pérez Millos es autor de más de treinta obras de teología y estudios bíblicos, conferenciante en el ámbito internacional y consultor adjunto de la Editorial CLIE en el área de lenguas bíblicas —en concreto el griego— y miembro del Consejo Editorial de la Revista Académica Biblia y Teología Hoy. Autor de la reconocida y premiada serie Comentario exegético al texto griego del Nuevo Testamento.
Nació en la ciudad de Vigo (provincia de Pontevedra) España el 27 de enero de 1943. Fue guiado en el estudio de la Palabra de la mano del insigne teólogo español Dr. Francisco Lacueva. Tiene una maestría en Teología por el IBE (Instituto Bíblico Evangélico). Actualmente es miembro de la Junta Rectora del IBSTE (Instituto Bíblico y Seminario Teológico de España) y profesor activo en las áreas de Prolegómena, Bibliografía y Antropología. Une a su preparación académica de su anterior labor la valiosa experiencia vital y pastoral adquirida por más de 25 años como pastor de la Primera Iglesia evangélica de Vigo (España).
Es una de las personas de mayor influencia en el ámbito pastoral y también en el mundo académico de habla hispana a nivel internacional como conferenciante, predicador y maestro de la Palabra de Dios.
