Influencia Espiritual

“Spiritual influence… is prompted by the Spirit of God whose work it is to reform the human spirit, bringing people back to the shape God designed in the first place. This happens by the inflow—the in-fluence—of the Spirit. And it happens through a thousand hidden, imperceptible steps.” In this fresh look at leadership, Mel Lawrenz argues that we must look beneath the surface—at the core spiritual dynamics of life—to better understand how leaders can have an enduring influence in the lives of individuals and over the organizations they lead. Drawing from over twenty years of experience in pastoral ministry, Lawrenz writes for Christians who lead in any position of influence, with a special focus on young leaders. This book provides a new baseline for 21st century Christian leadership, and includes the keys to addressing issues like: • building integrity • seizing opportunities • exploring new horizons • speaking into crises • receiving power • accepting authority • promoting truth • managing expectations • dealing with criticism
